a. The delivery policy of the “wallystours.net” platform is as follows: transactions made through the “wallystours.net” website will be exclusively in Dominican pesos (RD$). The applicable tax (ITBIS) is included in the final sale price and will be reflected in the final invoice issued to the user.
b. Coupons resulting from purchase and sale transactions for offers promoted by the “wallystours.net” platform have a specific redemption and expiration date, duly stipulated in each offer prior to purchase.
It is the user’s sole responsibility to redeem and use said coupon within the period established for its validity by the supplier of the goods and services in question. If malicious use is confirmed, a user will be banned from the platform, with or without prior notice.
For all purposes arising from the execution of this contract, the parties hereby establish their domicile at “wallystours.net” with the address indicated at the top of this document, and the client at their domicile; if they do not have a domicile, they shall be registered before the court of their residence in the Dominican Republic.
AGREEMENT CLAUSE
Any differences or disputes arising between the parties will be resolved by an Arbitration Tribunal based in the Dominican Republic, which will rule on the law, in accordance with the legislation of that country.AGREEMENT CLAUSE
