Terms of Service

Please read these terms before booking an excursion, transfer or any other service with Wally’s Tours. Last updated: September 30, 2026.

1. Who we are

This website, wallystours.net, is operated by Wally’s Tours S.R.L., Calle Luisa Ozema Pellerano No. 2, Gazcue, Santo Domingo 10205, Dominican Republic. By booking through this website you accept these Terms of Service, our Cancellation & Change Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Payment Information.

2. Bookings

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your service.
  • Please make sure the information you provide is correct: names, number of passengers, hotel or pickup location, date and, for airport transfers, your flight number.
  • Pickup times depend on your hotel and are confirmed with your booking. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at the agreed meeting point at the pickup time.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include taxes. Excursions are priced per person; transfers are priced per vehicle and route, according to the number of passengers.
  • You can pay online with PayPal or with a credit or debit card. Card payments are processed on the secure pages of our payment providers (PayPal and AZUL); Wally’s Tours does not store your full card details.
  • Some card payments may be processed in Dominican pesos (DOP) at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
  • Bank transfers and deposits are also accepted as described on our Payment Information page.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations, changes, no-shows and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Change Policy. In summary: excursions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, and transfers with at least 48 hours’ written notice.

5. During your excursion or transfer

  • Please follow the instructions of your guide or driver for your safety.
  • Each excursion page lists what is included and excluded, and any restrictions (for example, activities not recommended during pregnancy).
  • Photography services offered by independent photographers during some excursions are not part of our service; any purchase is an agreement between you and the photographer.
  • Wally’s Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost or forgotten during the service.

6. Changes for reasons beyond our control

Weather, sea conditions, flight changes or other events beyond our control may require us to change the itinerary, time or category of a service. When this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative.

7. Website information

We make every effort to keep the information, prices and availability on this website accurate. If a booking is made with information published in error or outdated, we will contact you and may modify, cancel or refund that booking.

8. Personal data

We use your personal data (name, email, phone and travel information such as flights, hotels and airports) only to prepare, confirm, manage and support your bookings, and we share it with the guides, drivers and partners who provide your service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
